Weekend OOTD

Hello Everyone!

With the new year knocking on our door ...I'm going to try jumping back into blogging regularly . At least a couple of times a week. With that being said, here's a quick OOTD from this weekend:

Saturday

I decided enough is enough, caved and went on the hunt for some maternity clothes (I've held out mostly until now, but I fear I might start to ruin and stretch out my normal clothes).
I found some cute tops and tunics at H&M, and some undies at Motherhood (for all you prego readers, if you haven't discovered maternity undies...RUN don't walk to your nearest old navy or Motherhood...I promise they will change your life!)
Here is what I wore on our little shopping excursion:
Details:
Top - Gino's Boutique (local here in Franklin, TN)
Necklace - Muse Boutique (another local here in Franklin, TN)
Pants - From Ross' maternity section
Purse - Coach (One of my Christmas gifts from my lovely Mum & Dad)
Shoes - Tom's

Sunday

Today is my Dad's Birthday, he is in the middle of ripping out and restoring their Master Bath, so to allow him all day to do that we decided breakfast would be a better option than dinner. After breakfast I did our weekly grocery shop (I loathe grocery shopping ... Anyone else?)
This is what I wore to Breakfast / grocery store this morning:
Details:
Headband - Target
Top - H&M Marernity
Jeans - Target (non maternity...they are wide open being held up with a bellyband! Haha)
Shoes -  Gap

The weather isn't too cold here today so I threw on this blazer instead of a coat:

The rest of my day consists of walking my pup then planting my bum on the couch for the rest of the afternoon. I'm savoring these final 10 weekends (give or take) and making some me time...which today includes a nice nap :)

Hope you all have a fabulous week ahead xoxoxo

TGIF! OOTD Day 4 & 5

Gooooooood Morning,

TGIF!!!!!

Don’t you just LOVE that Friday feeling? I know I do, especially after what has felt like the longest week on the planet. I think the fact that I have not seen my sweet husband all week adds to the ‘longness’ of the week. He works as an RN in the ER and his schedule is 3P-3A three times a week, however with the ER being insanely busy, he picks up an extra day a week. So he gets home @ around 4am, as I’m getting up at 5am he is usually crawling into bed. When I get home at 5:30pm he is already a couple of hours into his 12hr shift. However, there is one big bright side to this schedule, he never has to work on the weekends. That means Saturday & Sunday are that much more precious because it’s our only real time together J Needless to say, 4am tomorrow cannot get here fast enough.

Ok, back to business. I didn’t post yesterday’s outfit which means you get a 2 for one today.

Purple Pants

Good Morning,

Happy 1st day of Spring! It is currently 34 degrees in Music City…not so Spring like temperature wise, however the sun is shining the skies are blue and the birds are chirping. We are well on our way to warmer weather.

Today’s outfit is one of my go-to’s when I want something comfy. These purple ankle pants are as comfy as yoga pants, and for that reason I have them in 3 colors. The shirt is also comfy and I have it in 2 colors … so you may see an outfit similar to this one again soon with a little change-up in the color scheme.

OOTD Day 3 (Instagram)
Shirt:                     Banana Republic $35 (on sale + coupon)
Pants:                   Target $9 (I was eyeing these when they were 30% off & there were a bunch left in my size, so I waited until they were 50% off and again, a bunch left. So I took a chance, waited and BAM 70% off! I was one happy shopper that day!)
Belt:                      Forever 21 $7
Shoes:                   UrbanOG (old)  $20
Necklace:              Ily Couture $20
Watch:                 Target $11
Bracelets:             Charlotte Russe $8 (Came in a larger pack)

New YouTube video

Good Morning,

My 2nd YouTube OOTD video went up this weekend. It's a 2 for 1, one video, 2 looks. Please take a moment to watch, like, comment & subscribe. It would mean the world to me.

Thank You.

Bike's & Leopards

Good Morning!

Happy Monday to you all.

I woke up this morning & decided to challenge myself & post an OOTD every day on Instagram. Now, i don't want it to clog up my personal IG, so i started a new once to tie-in with my blog and youtube channel. I will also do my very best to post the photos on here too.
If you're on Instagram, please follow me @ welshgirlstyle.

Bike's & Leopards.

Sounds like a strange combo right? Well, it actually isn't as bad as it sounds. I found this charming red dress yesterday at Target for $25, and I had a coupon for $5off so it was a steal for $20! They also had a blue one with anchors which i might be going back to grab before my coupon expires (i had 2).

OOTD Day one (Instagram):
Dress:  Target $20 (Originally $25, i had a coupon)
Belt:     Came with a dress
Shoes:  Zigi Soho via Amazon.com $31
Watch:  Fossil $135
Bracelet: Forever 21 (old) $10

What do you all think? Does it look as strange as it sounds?

Hope you all have a wonderful week. Thanks for reading.
